Bail-O-Matics

Issue – 1 gallon Bail-O-Matic-Improved Loop Forming Dies & Pivot Pins for .098” or 2.5mm Wire

Older style Loop Forming Dies used Pivot Screws that were prone to the thread of the screw bending or snapping off, if the machine parts and settings were not well maintained, resulting in wire jams. Sometimes the snapped off screw threads could not be removed from the curling die, and the die would have to be replaced. These breakages greatly reduced the life of the dies, and damaged other parts as well.

Case Packers

Issue – Loss of Carton-Pulling Vacuum (Casepackers)

Loss of vacuum pull at the suction cups can be caused by extreme wear to the rigid sucker nipple. This can prevent the quick-disconnect’s auto-close feature from disengaging when the rigid sucker is inserted, and keep the disconnect sealed closed.

Issue – Casepackers Can Guide Hinge Mounting

Excess breakage and decreased service life of Can Guide Hinges, Springs, and Spring Clips.

If the Can guide hinges are mounted in their higher position, although they appear to contain the cans well, when resting at the pushers before loading, they cause more violent action of the hinge & springs. This leads to a greatly decreased life, and is counter-productive to proper can orientation, and smooth case loading.
